The higher level of account you hold with SurveyGizmo, the more features, reporting, and responses you have available to you.

Reporting features – Use our real-time reporting features to analyze, make data-driven decisions, and work smarter. We provide TURF, Cross Tab, Satisfaction meter reports and exporting to PDF, Word, and SPSS.

Upgrading & Downgrading – We understand that surveying needs can change depending on times of the year, so we allow you to upgrade and downgrade whenever you need. When you downgrade, you don’t lose any of the data you have previously collected or the surveys that you work on. The surveys with the advanced logic within them will just be closed until you upgrade again.

Responses - Responses are unlimited. Student accounts are limited to 500 responses per month, and Free accounts are limited to 250 responses. If your account has response limits and you you happen to go over your response limit for the month, we will not shut down your surveys, we just hold all the overflow responses in a “locked” status. To unlock them, all you need to do is upgrade for the month.
